Rates are factored utilizing base charge, mileage, fuel surcharge, weight, extra-stops, total onsite time, storage and urgency.

Fuel Surcharge
We adjust the surcharges each week based on the AAA fuel gauge report for Georgia. PTS reserves the right to adjust the fuel surcharges based on current local market prices.
